Ann Paul
Ann has been working in the charity sector for nearly 25 years, having cut her teeth on a commercial career both in the UK and South East Asia. Her passion for leadership development was fuelled by many years of working with The Industrial Society (The Work Foundation) on numerous programmes.
As Chief Executive of Doctors in Distress, Ann hopes to grow the charity to achieve our goal of zero doctor suicides by 2025.

Head Of Operations
Marie Searle
Marie is an experienced Senior Manager, who has worked for the NHS since 2005 as a commissioner and provider of Primary, Unscheduled, and Integrated services.

Head of Programmes & PUBLIC AFFAIRS
Susannah Basile
Susannah has a Masters in Governance and Political Development and speaks three languages. Before joining Doctors in Distress, Susannah worked for a high-profile Member of Parliament which gave her a passion for campaigning and helping others.

Communications Lead
Eilean Crombie
Eilean joined the team in March 2021 to help support the growth of Doctors in Distress, enhancing digital communications and supporting the rest of the team. She comes from a creative background in arts and digital marketing and has experience in the commercial aviation and hospitality industries. Eilean has a keen interest in mental health support work.

COMMUNICATIONS ADVISER
Tyah Pinnock
Tyah is the communications lead volunteer for Doctors in Distress; she joined the team in April 2020. She assists with our website, social media and leads on the engagement and communications delivery of the charity.
